How AUTISM Light Sensitivity IMPACTS (YOUR Life!)
So light sensitivity and Autism come hand-in-hand and I am discussing all that here right now. So Autism comes comotbidly diagnosed with sensory processing disorder. Currently there is no independent diagnosis of sensory processing disorder a person has to be on the autism spectrum to also have sensory processing disorder. Sensory processing disorder can interfere with the way the brain communicates its senses like lights sound smells and touch. This confusion can cause some interesting outcomes including hyper or hypo sensitive issues with these senses. being an autistic person myself I find that certain lights are triggering and can cause anxiety and stress when I’m around those lights. You see some lights flicker but the typical brain of a neurotypical person cannot see this flicker and a person with an autism spectrum disorder can see the flicker and this flicker annoys them. I outline a few hacks and tips I have that are use on a daily basis to overcome this triggering from certain light sensitivity for autism and light sensitivity.

Autism School | Do You Think It's A Good Thing?
Is an autism school better than a one to one in a mainstream school? I’m discussing all that and more. So autism schools are part of the SEN schools and special educational needs programs. The question that a lot of people have is what is best for your child is going to an autism school for a distich children better than having a one-to-one tutor in a mainstream school who understands autism spectrum disorder. There are varying levels of support needs of people on the autism spectrum you could have high or low support needs this to me he would justify the difference in what level of schooling your child in need. I think that all autism schools and one-to-one tutors are necessary and are both good but you have to define which one is needed at which time in your life. Every SEN school or autism school will try its best to have the student or pupil get to a level where they can access mainstream schooling in a mainstream school with additional support. So that being said I guess mainstream schools are the goal but autism schools are the bridge to get there and sometimes the schooling that the specific person with an autism spectrum condition actually needs at that time.
