The Flowswitch Podcast focuses on flow, sleep, breathing and habits in order to produce peak performance in sports, business and life in general for elite performers as well as ordinary people. Flow is a state where a person is fully immersed in an activity and where the perception of time and space often get altered. I work in the financial industry in Sweden and train Cross Fit almost daily, worked in New York City as a trader, played tennis professionally, done a few ultra races and have a deep interest in yoga and quantum physics.
