Get Fitty With It is a podcast that started with two women who were navigating life between their 9-5 corporate jobs and trying to do it all. Wellness and health meant so much to co-hosts, Hollie Stark Lockett and Mary Sorensen, who balance physical fitness, mental health, spirituality, healthy eating and so much more. As of recently, Hollie has taken over the podcast on her own, while Mary is working on some things for herself. In some episodes, you'll hear me chat on topics, review my monthly intentions and in others you'll get in-depth interviews where I'll explore others' minds!
