This week, I’m diving into one of the most overlooked pieces of the endometriosis puzzle: vitamin and mineral deficiencies, and how they could be driving your symptoms more than you realize.


So many of us are told that our pain, fatigue, and bloating are just part of having endo, but the truth is, there are deeper imbalances happening beneath the surface. In this episode, I break down the most common deficiencies I see with endometriosis, including vitamin D, B12, and key minerals like magnesium, sodium, potassium, and calcium, and why these are absolutely foundational for healing.


I also walk you through how poor gut health, stress, and long-term depletion can impact your body’s ability to absorb and use these nutrients, and why jumping straight into advanced gut protocols, detoxes, and cleanses without addressing minerals first can actually hold you back.


We’ll talk about HTMA testing, common mineral patterns like burnout and “calcium shell,” and how these imbalances can affect everything from your hormones and thyroid to your energy, digestion, and pain levels.
