Fitness Unfiltered Episode 40: Optimisation Beyond The Basics with Luke Hoffman

The Team are joined by Luke Hoffman of The Muscle Mentors. Luke and the gang are physique coaches who are often seen advocating training methods and lifestyle suggestions that may seem a little unorthodox to many, particularly those who advocate more traditional "lift weights and eat well" approach. We thought it would be interesting to chat to Luke to delve deeper into the reasons behind his interest in things like sleep optimisation, blood pressure and heart rate variability monitoring etc. We also discuss where these factors fit in the hierarchy of importance when it comes to training, and their applicability to day to day people vs competitive bodybuilders (natural/assisted).
