#11. A regenerative farmers way to better health - Kjersti Marie Omsted

#11. A regenerative farmers way to better health - Kjersti Marie Omsted

Todays guest Kjersti Rinde Omsted is a full time ecological og regenerative farmer, she is passionate about food as medicine and has personally recovered from ME. Now she is moving into the field of therapy and using her own knowledge and experience to help others to live better lives.

We talk about her personal health journey recovering from severe ME, through clean eating, meditation, breath work and connecting back with nature. We ask ourselves why do most of us need to hit rock bottom, before we understand the importance of balance between rest and activity?

Kjersti teaches her kids meditation and all the healthy habits, I wish every child on the planet could grow up with. She advocates for the importance of relearning how to live and that if we could fix the society, we would not need to fix ourselves at all.

We talk about her regenerative farm, the importance of keeping the dirt in the ground healthy, why we should look for nutrition density in our food, what social regeneration is, how everyone play a crucial part in the diverse ecosystem and how you can find your personal farmer.

We should maybe stop striving to fix ourselves to endure living in a broken world, but rather fix the world we live in, so we would neither have to endure or fix ourselves?
