Episode 107: Chris S. Cornell

We are honored to have Chris S. Cornell on the show with us today. Having tried time and time again to achieve a healthy weight, Chris had become frustrated with plant-based and calorie restriction diets. Over time, he eventually found his way to the low-carb diet thanks to a book recommendation—Why We Get Fat by Gary Taubes. Since then, Chris has been healthy and has reached a healthy weight using a low-carb approach to eating. We have a great conversation about dealing with sugar and carbohydrate addiction and the importance of community support.
