Self-Care #4 - Letting Go of Victimization

Greetings! We continue our series on promoting self-care, and in today's practice we explore how to let go of victimization. The idea of letting go of being easily offended is a key way to offer self and other loving kindness.

There is a bit of enthusiastic discussion about the science behind why feeling like a victim harms us physically and mentally. Sick of being wishy washy? Watch, listen, try, do!
