Much like many of you Chalene finds it hard holding still and sitting silently in a room. The thought of empting her thoughts provoked anxiety. So she started to develop the practice of Moving Meditation. Moving meditation is a fantastic skill to develop especially for those who are not yet ready or perhaps intimidated by traditional meditation or a great addition to those who already practice traditional meditation.
