In this episode, I’m opening up about how endometriosis completely reshaped the way I approach rest, food, exercise, and productivity. For years, I believed healing meant doing more — pushing harder, eating “perfectly,” and never slowing down. But endo had other plans.

I’ll share how my healing journey forced me to redefine what rest really means, rebuild trust with food, and untangle my worth from how much I get done in a day.
