Welcome to the third episode of headspace Sessions Radio. With the end of the year approaching, thousands of year 12 students start their celebrations with the 'Schoolies' Festival. We explore what schoolies is all about and how to experience it all safely. We also give some tips on how to cope with the wait for year 12 results and briefly look at the different options beyond secondary school. headspace's friend Dylan Lewis gives us the low down on alcohol, De from Encounter Youth pops into the studio chat about what to expect at the Victor Harbor Schoolies Festival, Harrison takes to the street to ask young people their thoughts of school and we are joined by Jack Buchanan, who performs his song 'Follow the Ocean' live at the headspace Adelaide Centre.
