You’re Not Tired… You’re Addicted to Sugar

This is not about fearing every gram of sugar. Fruit, honey, dates, dairy, and natural whole-food carbohydrates can still have a place. Instead, focus on:

  • High-protein meals
  • Whole foods

This is not about perfection. If you slip up, do not quit. Do not start over next Monday. Get back up, throw away what needs to go, and keep moving forward.
