Ep 225 // How Busy Moms Stop Setting Goals They Never Follow Through On

Have you ever set the exact same goal three months in a row and still not gotten any closer to it?

It's not that you want it any less. Wanting was never the missing piece.

On Monday, we talked about why your goals need an actual place on your calendar, not just a place in your head. Today we're taking that a step further and walking through exactly how to find that place, together.

Because closing what I call "the goal gap" isn't about more willpower, more motivation, or trying harder next week.

It's about seeing your real week, finding the fifteen minutes already hiding in it, and giving your one goal a specific time and place to happen.

Your goal doesn't need you to want it more. Your goal needs a place on your calendar it can actually call home.
