Episode 71: Take Back Your Mind with Lodro Rinzler

I am so excited to have Lodro Rinzler, Buddhist teacher and author of 7 books on the podcast to talk about his latest book, Take Back Your Mind: Buddhist Advice for Anxious Times. On this episode, Lodro discuss how we can detach from our anxious thoughts and the need to have more, do more, and be more. Instead, we can come back to a state of whole and complete as we are. Lodro shares how we can work with our anxious thoughts by asking a few curious questions. We also discuss how we can manage our anxiety around time and practice self-care. Checkout the episode and share your thoughts on Instagram @OneWade and @LodroRinzler. Checkout out Lodro's new book.
