#10 Becky Smart

Ep. #10 featuring my good friend, photographer, Contessa member and all round top check - Becky Smart!

Becky has been a huge part of making Contessa what it is today. Responsible for almost all photos and videos, for the past frew years, Becky is a truly valued member of the team here at Contessa and we are so lucky to have her apart of our community.

Becky and I sat down with the goal to talk about all things, however we almost started and ended with one topic - Grief.

Releasing this episode has been a priority as I feel a lot of people around the world would be grieving to some level right now. Their gym, routine, work, social life and more have been dramatically altered. We would all be going through varying levels of grief.

In this episode, we break it down, how it looks and in particularly, how Becky went through it and got through it, losing her Mum suddenly at the very young age of 19.

Becky and I hope this helps anyone who needs it right now.
