Abundance Mindset, Tapping, & Binge Eating Recovery With Cassie Gaub

Abundance Mindset, Tapping, & Binge Eating Recovery With Cassie Gaub

In episode 33 of Dr. Marianne-Land: An Eating Disorder Recovery Podcast, Cassie and I talk about abundance mindset--which I love! We also explore how tapping can help mindset and binge eating recovery.

ABOUT CASSIE GAUB

Cassie is a business and mindset coach who specializes in working with service providers who work as "helpers" to get comfortable with money, sales, systems & more so they can show up empowered and abundant in the work they do. HERE'S WHAT CASSIE HAS TO SAY ABOUT HOW SHE HELPS PEOPLE After working for years in mental health business development, I had the opportunity to meet with a variety of incredible folks who were dedicating their lives to help others...but they really struggled with the business side of having a business and running a practice -- they were particularity struggling with charging for the work they did, talking about rates and putting themselves out there... and that's really what made me want to work with the "helpers" of the world. To empower them so they could keep doing what they were doing - which really is changing people's lives on so many levels.
