DIVING DEEP to Help Folks Recover From Eating Disorders, With Rachelle Heinemann, LMHC, CEDS, @rachelleheinemann

Rachelle Heinemann and I talk about going DEEP in therapy for eating disorder. Both of us discuss what it means to dive beneath the surface instead of focusing on only behavioral changes. We explore psychoanalytic influences on our therapy approaches and how we love the beautiful complexity of working with humans.
