Walking Session

The Walking Session Podcast

The Walking Session is the official podcast of WalkandTalkTherapy.com, exploring the psychology behind movement, mental health and human performance.

Hosted by psychologist Maz Miller, each episode is designed to be listened to while you walk. Together we’ll explore why movement changes the way we think, feel and cope, drawing on psychological science, clinical experience and practical reflection.

Some episodes explore anxiety, burnout, confidence, grief, perfectionism and relationships. Others dive into sport psychology, behaviour change, resilience, nature, performance and the growing evidence behind walk and talk therapy.

This isn’t therapy, and it isn’t a replacement for professional support. It’s psychology made practical, one conversation at a time.

Whether you’re walking around the block, along the beach, through the bush or between meetings, each episode is an invitation to slow down, reflect and discover how movement can support a healthier mind.

Because sometimes the best conversations don’t happen sitting still.

They happen one step at a time.
