Boundaries can feel tricky, can’t they? Especially when it comes to adult children. For years, we managed their lives—bedtimes, meals, homework, playdates. But as they grow, our role changes. And sometimes, when they set boundaries with us—or when we need to set them ourselves—it can sting.

In this episode of Midlife with Brooke, Brooke Oniki shares why boundaries aren’t walls meant to keep us apart, but guideposts that help us love each other better.
